FreeRunning across South America

Action Adventurer, Explorer, and Dreamer. This is how Chris O’Neill describes himself.

Chris is an adventure traveler and he states that his life would not be complete without the rush of adventure. He practices freerunning and loves to travel and to explore; his dream is to visit every country in the world.

The reasoning behind the name Freerunning is “‘Free’ because it’s free, and just ‘running’.” In a documentary, freerunning was defined as an English translation of parkour. The central principle of freerunning is that one should express oneself by moving fluidly in one’s environment; there are no limitations on the form of this movement. Take a look at the video Chris has made showing great destinations in every country in South America while practicing freerunning.

Every country holds an extremely special experience for the adventurous traveler. My life would not have been complete without experiencing the amazing people and culture of South America.
